Maleeha Mustafa is a special student at the SKJ Special Education Centre. Born with club foot, Maleeha has faced significant physical challenges, but her story is one of overcoming obstacles and finding her voice through determination and the support of a nurturing educational environment.
 From her first day at SKJ, Maleeha was met with a supportive and adaptive learning environment. The center’s staff recognized her potential and designed a personalized educational plan that included both academic and physical therapies. With the help of dedicated therapists, Maleeha underwent regular sessions to improve her mobility and strength, gradually increasing her ability to move independently. The inclusive atmosphere at SKJ, however, provided a safe space for her to build confidence. Through group activities, peer support, and compassionate guidance from her teachers, Maleeha began to find her voice and develop her communication skills.
 As Maleeha progressed, it became evident that she had a natural aptitude for verbal communication and an empathetic personality that made her an excellent listener. The staff at SKJ identified these strengths and introduced her to the call center training program, a vocational course designed to equip students with the skills needed for customer service roles.
 The call center training at SKJ Trust Hospital and Special Education Centre was tailored to accommodate Maleeha’s needs. The program began with foundational lessons in communication, customer service etiquette, and problem-solving. Maleeha learned how to handle various types of calls, from providing information to addressing customer concerns. Her instructors used role-playing scenarios to build her confidence and help her practice real-world interactions.
The trainers at SKJ emphasized the importance of a positive self-image and encouraged her to embrace her unique qualities. Maleeha’s journey was not just about acquiring vocational skills but also about realizing her potential and believing in her abilities.
